"Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été reçu par l'hôte qui s'est montré très avenant et à l'écoute. La maison est juste splendide, notre chambre était confortable et bien équipée. La salle de bains commune est très grande. Niveau propreté, tout est nickel. La piscine couverte et chauffée est juste formidable même s'il faut traverser la maison pour y accéder."

"I arrived and the owner wasn’t expecting me even though I had booked earlier that day through Expedia. The room was fine, hard mattress but I like that. A bit outdated and hard worn sheets but I slept really well. I asked about dinner and the owner said yes 7:30. I was sat in reception alone (in the dark as the light kept going off) and served a bowl of pasta with chopped up smoked salmon and cheese, a dry crepe and a terrible packaged flan. "What a lovely place to stay. The rooms are large, spotlessly clean, and the hosts extremely friendly and helpful. We are doing the cycle route from Nante to Mont Saint Michel and this stop off is great after the first day. Storage for bikes available and a 10 min bike ride into town for a great dinner."

"De passage dans la région nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner 2 nuits au Manoir de la vieille douve, un très bel établissement, parfaitement bien rénové, dans un cadre très agréable. "Excellent room in a quiet area. The room was super clean and had a tropical look to it. For us it was the perfect place to stay after cycling along the Loire. Thanx also to our host Arnaud for preparing a great breakfast. Merci beaucoup!"
