"The staff is great. Facilities are great and the place is well located. I love the Mirador Sur Park (their version of NY Central Park) which is walking distance away and always bustling with activity plus it’s very safe. They skipped cleaning my room one day which can happen. They do not replenish the water bottles in the room consistently (sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t). But my main gripe is that they seem to sell memberships for outside people to use their gym facilities which is well equipped and quite big, but they have oversold memberships and it’s way too crowded with “regulars” who take over the gym and a hotel guest cannot enjoy a workout when coming back from my business meetings in the evening. Shout out to Eddy & Rafaela at the restaurant, Alexander at the bar, Ely and Hans at the front desk. And the big dudes who do security, they are all super nice and helpful."

"The hotel was clean and absolutely beautiful. I didn’t feel this was a 5 star hotel. The pool was closed and that was a big reason we booked this, so that was a bummer. I didn’t feel the staff was that helpful, the breakfast was also just okay. We kept asking for bottled water, and felt that was a bit awkward for the staff, a 5 star hotel should have some sort of drinkable water station in the lobby. Don’t get me wrong, there was nothing wrong about my stay, I was very happy, but I felt it was nothing special as well."
