Desayuno a mejorar

La habitación tiene un buen tamaño , la limpieza es excelente. La ropa de cama y almohadas muy bien. Lo que recomiendo mejorar es el desayuno, solo productos panificados , café muy malo , mermeladas envasadas, yogur industrial saborizado, no hay huevos etc Para el precio que se paga esto debería ser mucho mejor

Standard stay in a nice spot

Nice location, but a standard hotel. Breakfast ok, Decent pool. Staff accommodating with some less knowledgeable than others. Generous check out time. Most necessaries within walking distance. Don’t miss the Anglo factory tour… very interesting!

Mooie locatie. Op loopafstand van Barrio Anglo en van de “ Corned beef” fabriek. Wat nu museum is. Rondleiding in het Engels

Mala experiencia

Yo pague con vista de balcón llegue un día tarde, hablamos en el hotel y nos dijeron q nos quedáramos hasta la tarde. La tele no andaba y no nos dieron solución. El desayuno es lo único que puedo decir que estuvo bien. La habitación era súper chica no era lo qué pedí. El estacionamiento me tuvo dijeron q era techado, me dijo q era según la hora que llegara. Había lugar pero sin estacionando mal. Nos pusieron motos atrás de empleados lo cual tuvimos que pedir que las sacaran para salir. La suficiente noche directamente la sacamos nosotros

Cordialidad por parte de los empleados. Limpieza e higiene, todo impecable. Le faltaría un poco de mantenimiento a la piscina. Hermosa vista al río. Wifi👍. Tendrían que agregar opciones de almuerzo, merienda y cena (algo simple), ya que no hay muchas opciones en la zona.

Laundry problem.

The stay was OK, but I sent a shirt to laundry that was supposed to return the next morning. But the shirt did not come back and, and I had to leave without my shirt. I did not like it.

Este hotel es supuestamente lo mejor de fray bentos pero la atencion es como minimo poco cordial y a favor del pasajero. No tenian ,ni consiguieron alcohol para la habitacion, no teniamos ni siquiera un botellita de agua de cortesia, no tiene restaurante ni se molestaron en conseguirnos algo de cenar (aunque sea de un delivery) no tenian cafe ….en resumen, un lugar con una hermosa vista totalmente desaprovechado que invita a no volver

Hotelli sijaitsee mainiolla, yleensä rauhallisella paikalla Rio Uruguayn töyräällä kaupungin ydinkeskustan välittömässä läheisyydessä. Kadun puolen huoneista on upea näkymä rantapuiston ja alhaalla rannassa olevan Ramblan yli joelle. Perustasoa olevat huoneet ovat toimivat ja suhteellisen siistit. Ovien äänieristyksessä on toivomisen varaa. WiFi toimii hyvin. Aamiainen on uruguaylaisittain monipuolinen continental-tyyppinen. Aamiaishuone on valoisa ja tilava. Siellä saattaa olla muitakin suomalaisia hotellivieraita, mikä kannattaa ottaa huomioon. Hotellin seinillä on hienoja kuvia liittyen kaupungin teolliseen ja liikenteelliseen historiaan sekä kansainvälisesti tunnetun Fray Bentosista lähtöisin olevan taitelijan taideteoksia. Palveluiltaan hotelli on kansallista perustasoa mutta tämän pikkukaupungin parhaasta päästä. Aina ei ole aivan varmaa, onko hotellin ravintola iltaisin auki hotellivieraille. Kävelymatkan päässä on kuitenkin useita laadultaan kohtuullisia ravintoloita, jotka ovat auki iltaisin, osa myös sunnuntaisin. Suosittelen kävelyä rantakadulla, jossa varsinkin sunnuntai-iltaisin kaupunkilaiset näyttäytyvät. Kadun tunnelma on tyypillisen uruguaylainen, eikä sen turvallisuudessa on moittimista. Päihtyneitä ei yleensä näy. Normaali varovaisuus liikenteen suhteen ja muutenkin on kuitenkin tarpeen. Pari kilometriä rantakatua pitkin alajuoksulle sijaitsee Unescon maailmanperintökohde Frigorifico Anglo, entinen lihakonsentraatti ja -säilyketehdas. Suosittelen.

We spent one night in Fray Bentos at this hotel. Location is nice, across from the water, but the park is somewhat run down, lots of litter -- shame. The hotel was dated but clean, offered an adequate breakfast of the usual fare (breads, ham, cheese, etc). The desk clerk who checked us in was our biggest disappointment. No greeting when we approached the desk and handed her our reservation, didn't tell us where breakfast was, absolutely no interaction -- just did the bare minimum to check us in, completely disinterested to the point of being rude.
