"The hotel was average. It has a lot to work on. Love that it is close to the train station, they offer these awesome tours that are FREE! (Wish I took more of of them and they didnt fill up so fast!) The staff was super helpful and friendly BUT it has a lot to work on. For instance, the rooms need updating, they seem still unclean bc the walls are beat up, new paint? Theres no like paper in the room. A tissue box maybe? Very hard to chill out and like have a snack if you want or take a break without small details like that. The staff was very helpful when I had issues with bedding and my door and came quickly to help. Thats the service I always look for so that made the stay worth it. A good staff always outweighs the other stuff. Thank you."
