Restaurant food and selection needs improvement. Some rooms and public spaces are outdated. Guests with special needs have to conquer some stairs. Luggage can't be rolled in because of stairs at the entrance (should have a ramp).

The heating was not working correctly they came to fix it but it went off again during the evening and it was cold. The sleeper bed for the kids had no pillows just the big cushions from the couch and toilet lid was broken. Perhaps we just had bad luck but was not the greatest experience. We loved ...
