"The hotel is too far from anything to eat or shop and also is very hard and expensive to get transportation to go anywhere. You cannot repeat the breakfast and everything is charged apart, even the water. The reception does not work 24h and you are completely distant of anything if you need. "

I am sure all guests would feel much happier and pay a little extra if the hotel advertised it had a pay policy of paying the staff on the lowest incomes 50% more than the normal rate.
