"Clean rooms and very friendly staff!"

"This was my second stay. The first wasn’t great as they didn’t have a clean room for us to check into until after 5. This time my niece was given a dirty room, no toilet paper, footprints on the sticky floor, dirty sheets. Finally was switched to another dirty room but they decided to just settle for that. Then after dinner we arrived back to find a group of three people in their room. The management had given my niece someone else’s room! Nothing was missing but it took another 45 minutes to straighten out and they missed part of our event. I won’t be booking this place again. "

"The Best Western Grant Creek Inn is a very convenient location, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, plus easy access to and from the Interstate. Our rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Very clean room, but was surprised that for a newer hotel they did not have any USB ports in the walls or on the bedside lamp. No big deal, just had to go out and buy a wall charger. Other than that, GREAT STAY!"

"Beautiful room and very comfortable bed with an Updated bathroom. Staff was accommodating. Outside Pool & hot tub were out of order 😞. Would be nice if there was a small continental breakfast or coffee/hot water/tea was in the lobby were offered. "

"The rooms were clean and comfortable, all staff were extremely friendly and I just adore the two receptionists there. They were so sweet and accommodating especially because I kept extending my stay by a day not knowing when I was going home. And they were ready for me each morning to redo my key cards and were able to keep me on the same room my entire stay. Breakfast was always fresh and small amounts made at a time so there wasn’t an abundance of waste and things were fresh. But PLEASE get a Popcake(pancake maker)!!! I even looked them up for yall. That’s the only thing I missed from the hotel I normally stay at. There is something about those thin pancakes. Thank you Garner staff!! "
