Front desk guy was really nice and upgraded our room. Older hotel so some furniture is worn but the bed was tidy and comfortable. It is a value hotel and suited 2 adventurous gals in their early 70s. We walked it easily from the train station in a light rain.

La publicidad es engañosa, pues no indica que el desayuno hay que hacerlo en otro edificio en la acera de enfrente de la calle. Además, la fotografía del comedor de desayuno no se corresponde para nada con la realidad.

Lage war perfekt. Umgebung Bhf-Viertel halt. Hotel war ok. Sauberer und moderner hätte es sein können. Es war aber jetzt nicht schmutzig oder schmuddelig, war halt nicht perfekt und man könnte sich mehr Mühe geben. Also Empfehlung für den kleinen Geldbeutel, da insgesamt ok.

It’s a decent cheap hotel a 4 minute walk from the train station. However it’s quite dirty, and to top it off there was no working AC which no one made us aware when we checked in. Would definitely not have stayed had we known NO working AC. With that it wouldn’t have been terrible, nice staff.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Unfortunately however, the pictures on the website are misleading & we never got a welcome drink as it clearly states when booking. Additionally, there is no bar. Also, the climate control doesn't work, so every day it was very hot in the room. This is very uncommon for a "4 star hotel" Even 3 star hotels in Frankfurt have it better. Atrium was ok, not bad, but for 4 stars, you expect, well, 4 star hotel.

Für eine Nacht okay - Lage ist gut. Aber kein wirklicher Wohlfühlfaktor, da die Sanitäranlagen alt sind und die Sauberkeit auch nur mittelmäßig.

出張での宿泊に利用

立地があまり治安が良くないエリアなので心配でしたが、夜間に出歩かなければそれほど危なくありませんでした。ホテルは結構古く、エレベーターなどのコンディションはあまり良くありません。朝の7時過ぎから、別の部屋（恐らく上の階）の部屋を修繕するドリルの音や、何かを叩く音が凄い音で響いてたのは驚きました。部屋は最低限の広さはあるので問題ありませんが、シャワールームのシャワーを浴びるエリアがかなり狭いので大変でした。それと部屋の電気がかなり暗く、カーテンを開けても充分な明るさにならないのが残念でした。（低層階だったからかもしれませんが）朝食は、このホテル自体にはレストランが無いので、近くの別のホテルのレストランに朝食のチケットを持って行き、それを提示して食べるシステムです。

Probably the worst hotel experience we ever had - the A/c was not working and it was 30 degrees outside. Rather than telling us and offering us to cancel/refund - we got back to the hotel late before we realized and then just suffered through it. (They were aware of this issue as we let them know the next morning and they said they knew). When we went to check in - there was no one at the front desk for 20 minutes. The bathrooms also smelled like sewage backing up which made the whole room smell. There was also no welcome drink as advertised
