It’s very old and tired! The breakfast was so basic and my room smelled really bad! Also housekeeping came into my room to fix the toilet without notice and I wasn’t happy to have 2 men walking in my room unannounced!!!!

The front desk reception were great. The restaurant was under staffed for the number of people having and looking to have dinner. I went else where.

For soft mattress lover only

this hotel is great for location, great breakfast, lovely staff and bar. However bed mattress was so soft, I could hardly sleep, additionnaly the duvet is very warm vs. room temperature so I was a cranky sweaty mess in the morning.

Booked a king room. Upon arrival I was put into a dank, dingy, moldy room in the basement!!! The room was not fit for habitation. Had to very firmly request a change which was met with significant resistance. After much conversation, post coming off a 10hr flight, landing at 9am and waiting until 2pm to check in, the room was changed to what I had booked. This should not have happened. Certainly disappointed and dissatisfied with the Sheraton brand in Offenbach.

Die Sauberkeit des Hauses und des Zimmers war grundsätzlich mal soweit i.O. Flecken im Teppichboden sind in einem Hotel ja eher die Regel. Schimmel in den Silkonfugen der Dusche leider sehr unangenehm. Aber davon abgesehen, machte das Haus eher einen gepflegten Eindruck. Nette bis sehr nette Mitarbeiter, ordentliches Frühstück.

Sheraton in Offenbach

zunächst das Positive: die Betten sind hervorragend. Leider war der Teppichboden in meinem Zimmer sehr fleckig, auch im Flur zum Zimmer gab es Flecken auf dem Teppichboden. Die Wände im Zimmer hatten Spuren früherer Möbel und auch im Bad waren die Fugen in der Dusche nicht sehr ansehlich. Das Frühstück war hervorragend in Qualität und Auswahl, allerdings bei €20 sehr hochpreisig. Parken in der Tiefgarage kostet €22 am Tag, wenn man mehrmals rein und raus fahren möchte. Das Hotel ist in einem kleinen Park in der Innenstadt gelegen und das Personal ist ausgeprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.
