Checkin was straightforward, but mostly automated; i was under the impression that the 3pm checkin was mandatory, however they let us check in at 11am anyway. The room was nice, and had everything me and my partner needed, although on our last night something went wrong with the air conditioner and it started leaking water. Overall pleasant, but a very unconventional stay

No staff and problems with online check in, even at site. No one there to assist. Room was clean and basic. No amenities, had to go 4 blocks to find a shop w toothbrush. No shuttle to airport and no one to help get a taxi. If you need absolutely no help it’s a nice site for the price, otherwise, chose different places

This is a new property, that being said grounds and room were very clean. Elevator and washing areas took some getting used to. Two elevators, both serve different purposes. Small note about your bathrooms in the room. You have NO exhaust fans! Black mold will be present soon. How does that get overlooked? Exit for parking garage should be explained, a rope hanging from the ceiling is a little vague for foreign travelers.

Still under construction(=new) Elevators are out of order(going up and down to 3rd floor with luggage is a bit off ). You need to slam the door to lock the door to the room. Very close to FRA terminal 2. Newly developing area so nothing much happening but good if you are arriving late and leaving early from the airport. The staff there was friendly and helpful. So once all the work done it’ll be better I think.

This place was great, and I would have given it 5 stars. The only issue was that the automatic front doors didn’t open properly. I had to pull them open manually with my fingertips every time I entered. Aside from that, I had a great stay.

Excellent! We had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is convenient. Note that parking (as of April 2026) is 20 euros per day and needs to be reserved in advance. The train was only an 5 min walk away and only a one station ride to the airport. We were near the airport, but the room was actually very quiet!

This is one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. After spending all day traveling to get here and arriving very early this morning to get another flight, I was looking forward to getting some much-needed rest, but this hotel is an absolute joke of a place. The bed is like a cinder block, not an inch of give, at all, and only a single pillow. The room itself is way too hot, and the thermostat does absolutely nothing, so it's either open the window fully to the sound of a busy airport or toss and turn in a super hot and uncomfortable bedroom. This has been absolutely awful, and I've gotten zero sleep as a result

Clean and fairly new hotel. We enjoyed staying there. Parking is available next to the building. 15-20mins walk from terminal 2 exit, and 3 mins walk to the Gateway Gardens local train station. It's convenient to get around. It's a self check-in/out process, make sure to read the check-in pdf instructions and have the reservation code provided for a smoother check-in. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The description says that air conditioning is there. It was tolerable in the common areas, but the rooms were stifling! The fan barely moved air into the room. I understand that there were abnormal temperatures;, however, DO NOT ADVERTISE AUR CONDITIONING IF IT DOESN'T WORK/DOESN’T EXIST in ALL areas. Clean and nice, but the lie was very uncomfortable to survive.

We were a family of 4 and our scheduled stay was one night. The flush in our bathroom was not functioning and there was nobody who could come and take a look at it since it was the weekend. Communicating over WhatsApp or calling the number provided yielded no result other than a promise to pass on the complaint to have it looked at when "someone" was available (the soonest was the next morning, but that did us no good since we were going to be checking out). Neither was the person I communicated with empowered or able to give us another room. The "help" provided was a suggestion to use the public restrooms on the property. I would warn-away anyone from considering this place for any day falling on a weekend. In addition, the parking facilities and enforcement were dismal - people had parked in disorganized ways and it was quite difficult to park & remove our relatively-long vehicle.

The hotel is a complete disappointment. It’s under construction, yet there was no warning about it anywhere. The elevators don’t work, so we had to drag all our luggage up to the 4th floor by hand. The road in front of the hotel is blocked, and traffic runs only one way. The entrance to the underground parking isn’t marked at all — we missed it and had to drive 8 extra kilometers on the highway just to circle back. By the time we finally got to our room, we were exhausted and frustrated. Although the room itself was fine, the overall experience was awful. I seriously regret choosing this hotel.
