We really enjoy the staff, the room, the amenities, the cleanliness. My only concern was the area. There were homeless people just across the street. It did not feel safe to walk to the hotel to the train station.

There is not daily room service unless you request it. The breakfast and kitchen staff’s hospitality were very good. On my last day of check out at 1030 I received a knock on my door telling me check out was at noon. First time I ever got this type of reminder. There are also constantly Sudanese and Somalian men hanging outside the hotel at all hours of the day.

Shower stall doors have worn out. Stains and mold are visible on the wall and near the bottom of the shower stall. Location is about 200 meters from the central station but the pavements are built with bricks and stones making luggages, even with wheels difficult to pass through. The streets are noisy at night with police and ambulance sirens each night during our three-nights stay. The best point about the room is the air conditioning is great particularly Frankfurt was very hot up to 37 degree during our stay.
