The staff are very helpful. The hotel is clean but the area is unsafe due to so many druggies in front of the hotel and the surrounding area. It is so close to all transit stations.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a subway station, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was a big plus. The beds were comfortable, and overall, the stay was okay—nothing fancy, but met our needs.

The location is very convenient near to central train station and restaurants, we saw some police patrolling outside the hotel and giving us a sense of safety around the area.

Good hotel, but very scary neighborhood with lots of junkies everywere. This location is not suitable for children.

The Manhattan Hotel was a very good place to stay. we had no problems with the hotel itself. The area around outside the front door had some vague uneasiness with questionable characters who were on the streets with no real reason to be there.

We chose the hotel due to the vicinity of the train station. Great hotel unfortunately sitting in a bad part of Frankfurt

Literally left briefly after checking in. The place smelled awful, even after airing it out for a few hours and leaving for dinner. Carpets in halls were disgusting, and you get a physical key to lock/unlock the door. Major fire hazard in that you have to lock the door from inside, with the key, as well as unlock/open door. Would basically die in a fire. Went and stayed near the airport for basically the same price, and wish we would have done that before. It's also very loud, and aging. If location matters, I stayed at another hotel about a 15 min walk away another day that was way nicer, but would avoid next to the central station.
