Sehr schönes Hotel, mit einer ruhigen und schönen Atmosphäre. Kleiner Selbstbedienungsladen und schöne Sitzgelegenheiten in der Lobby und vor dem Hotel. Frühstücks Buffet ist hervorragend und auch in einem sehr schönen Ambiente Alles sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Empfehlenswert!

Wir waren für ein Konzert in Frankfurt und waren für diesen Zweck auch absolut zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Ein early Check-In wurde uns zwar nicht zugesagt telefonisch aber hatte am Anreisetag funktioniert, da sich das Hotel auf die große Anfrage vorbereitet hatte. Frühstück war umfangreich und gut. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon umlaufend über das Eck. Dieser war bei der heißen Nacht die Rettung den die Klimaanlage hat keiner von uns in Gang gebracht.

My overall experience was positive. Rooms are updated and staff is helpful and friendly. For me the location was perfect for what I needed to do in Frankfurt. Good breakfast too.

Der Teppich war dreckig, kein Telefon im Zimmer, Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert! Zu dem war kein Babybett vorbereitet obwohl das im Vorfeld kommuniziert wurde und es wurde auch keins im Nachgang gebracht! Würd ich nicht nochmal buchen.

Geht gar nicht

Guten Tag, Sie hatten mich um direktes Feedback gebeten – ich habe es Ihnen gegeben und eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Daher möchte ich nun meine Bewertung abgeben. Ich bin viel unterwegs und muss ehrlich sagen, dass ich noch nie eine halbe Stunde an der Rezeption warten musste, um mein Hotelzimmer zu beziehen. Dieser Service ist absolut inakzeptabel. Leider wurde es im Zimmer nicht besser: Das Badezimmer roch stark nach Rauch, und zudem musste ich frieren, da die Heizungen auf Stufe fünf nur lauwarm wurden und die Raumtemperatur nicht über 20° hinausging. Alles in allem war dies eine absolute Katastrophe und mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich in den letzten Jahren übernachtet habe.

We stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very spacious, and this was the first place we came across that actually had a safe, which was a great surprise. The view from our room was absolutely amazing and really added to the stay. On the downside, the bed was extremely hard, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. It was also disappointing that laundry service wasn’t available on weekends — something we only found out when we asked about it, rather than being informed beforehand. The air conditioning didn’t work either. Lastly, the Leo Bar, while stylish, was quite expensive compared to expectations.
