Pros: Staff was very helpful and offered free breakfast for the elevator problems. Cons: smaller room than expected. AC barely kept room cool, even at full blast. Elevator doors malfunctioned constantly so had to use the stairs once in a while.

This hotel offered everything we needed for a weekend stay. The hotel was close all the action, shopping, eating, historic sites. The staff was more than helpful. If we return to Frankfurt we will definitely stay here again.

Great value, nice location, comfy bed

Clean comfortable and five star location in the old city near the Rhine. Perfect for exploring Frankfurt on my 24h layover. Fantastic breakfast. Would definitely stay again

Perfectly located right near the historic city center, with many cafes, shops, and museums within walking distance. Hotel decor was a bit dated but otherwise clean, spacious, and with good amenities. Staff were professional and went out of their way to attend to my needs. Definitely recommend this spot!

Hotel Miramar is about what you would expect for the price - friendly staff, easy access, but some bugs and mildew in the room, bed was pretty hard/a little old. I would stay here again for the convenience and the price. Note: wifi is very slow, too slow to stream - I ended up using my phone to stream a show instead of the hotel wifi.

I arrived in the morning and I knew I had to wait until check in time at around 2:00 pm. But the receptionist told me as soon as my room was vacated and cleaned that I could proceed to my room as early as 11:00 am. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you very much!

Everything was great: location concierge and room. But biggest disappointment is the mattress and that's the most important thing at the hotel. Half of the mattress had broken coil spring and you feel when you sit and lay down... worst experience evere.... couldn't slip on that side of the bed... Safe did not work as well in my unit.
