To meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel, I believe there are several areas that require attention. The front desk staff should be better trained to provide a more professional and informative check-in experience, including clearly communicating important details about room assignments. In addition, the hotel would benefit from having dedicated maintenance personnel available to address technical issues promptly. Guests should not have to report the same problems multiple times without resolution. Regular inspections of guest rooms would also help identify issues such as non-functioning outlets and broken safes before guests arrive. By improving staff training, communication, and maintenance Overall: The property is extremely beautiful designed ( but 30 min walking distance to the main shopping area) and has great potential, but stronger management oversight, more professional front desk service, and faster maintenance support are needed for it to truly deliver a 5-star experience.

O quarto muito bom, espaçoso e bem conservado, instalações do hotel são ótimas e lindas. Eles se atrapalham no café da manhã, pois o buffet não tem quase nada, é necessário solicitar, frutas, iogurte, pratos quentes, e isso torna o serviço mais demorado. Muitas vezes não temos esse tempo no café da manhã. Seria mais fácil eles servirem um buffet com todas as frutas, cereais, iogurte, musli, pães, frios, sucos entre outros produtos. Deixando apenas os pratos quentes e cafés especiais para virem da cozinha.
