Staff is nice and friendly, and the location is very convenient. Whether it is really clean... with bedsheets really fresh... not so sure. Soap was missing in both shower and sink area, and they promptly brought me... a half used Nivea Men shower gel bottle, and a small shampoo bottle from a random hotel. Well, all a bit improvised, but the staff was at least trying their best and I don't think it is their fault.

The hotel receptionist Mr. Hojat was so nice and caring. He provided us with good room and information about good dinning restaurants. Thanks to him. but the bedding was not good and breakfast very poor.

It’s more like a 3 stars hotel, definitely not 4 stars. Weird smell in the reception, and also in the room. I saw rubbish in my room after I checked in. The key advantage is that it’s just next to the central station, so it’s convenient for travelling.

Very convenient and perfectly acceptable for an overnight stop between train journeys. Very reasonably priced too. Breakfast included - adequate but rolls/bread were disappointing by German standards.

Had a great stay here. Large, comfortable, quiet room. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options. Walkable to most sights and close to bus/train stations for easy access if you’re on the go. Lots of dining options nearby along Kaiserstraße. The area might seem a bit unsavory to some, but I never felt unsafe walking about. I would stay here again. Good price, quality, and location for ease of getting around.
