This is my favorite place to stay when visiting family in the area. The prices are reasonable and the owners are friendly. I stay here often and it's a quiet place and very safe and has beautiful scenery.

Cute little stay. Very friendly staff. Rooms are dated but clean and very much served the purpose of sleeping and showering after intense hiking. Did not get to experience the breakfast because we were out on the trails before service. Rooms had mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Will certainly stay again because of location to popular hikes in Franconia!

It is an outdated property, which isn’t the problem, but it is not kept up. Bathroom was dirty, windows were painted instead of putting up a curtain. The breakfast was nearly non-existent. They have long term residents who were not pleased we were there.
