"Berta and Arturo Really made our stay in Torreón special and comfortable. The hotel was beautiful and undergoing renovations to make it even better. The pool was huge, the food was very good, and the service was impeccable. We also were traveling with my mother-in-law who uses a wheelchair and they went above and beyond to help her and make her comfortable. We will stay at the Crown Plaza again!"

"I always stay at the Ibis Torreon when I am traveling back and forth from the US and Mexico. Their staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I can bring my dogs. It is fairly close to the highway. The food in the restaurant is good for hotel food and the coffee is also good. It is a good place where I can to truly relax."
