"Great location for exploring the city by foot or public transport. Opulent communal areas with piano player in the bar. Reasonable sized rooms but a bit tired. Jug did not work, bed soft but comfortable and curtains needed some attention. We had a good few days here and it’s close to launderettes. "

"Good place to stay, the staff was great, always smiling and always helpful. The place was central to everything and next to an amazing burger place and Girraffe bar. The breakfast was good and they have luggage storage if you need it while you wait to check in. The only downside I would say is check the room size, it was a lot smaller than I thought but the experience was good overall "

"No way is this a 4* hotel! The first night of our stay, our room had no AC. When I tried to call the desk, the phone in the room didn’t work. After going down to the desk to complain, a staff person was sent up to assess the situation. After his expert evaluation, we were told that the AC wasn’t working and he could open a window after I signed a waiver. They had no other room for us. Our compensation for the major inconvenience was complimentary breakfast in the morning. In addition, the room was tiny and in need of immediate updating and there were no amenities."

"The hotel was basically a palace. We were greeted with champagne. The room was phenomenal with 11+ feet ceilings! The staff was exceptional and the location was superb!"

"Ikonik Parlament is an ideal choice for visiting Budapest. It’s very clean, stylish with nice decor in the lounge, bar and breakfast area. Staffs are polite, helpful and efficient. The Parlament suite is spacious and elegant. Will come back when next Budapest visit. "
