"What a special place. In the heart of the restaurants, steps to the lake walkway. We stayed in the magical loft and loved its layout and charm. Little details add up to a large win as guests. The owner was soooooo nice and welcoming, treated us like family. The bed was oh so comfortable, the sheets and towels soft. Enjoyed spending evening sitting in courtyard enjoying the sound of birds and city life."

"The apartment is very nice but some issues made our stay not excellent: 1. The owner's communication was bad for the first 2 days. He sent us an email with instructions but there was no phone number to communicate so when we replied with some questions ( like what is the wifi password, it took him more than24 hrs to answer) 2. There isn’t enough hot water for a family to take a shower at a time. 3. They provided the exact amount of towels and bed sheets… so if you need a clean towel, it’s your...

"Great pool. Excellent service. Beautiful grounds. Nice rooms. Excellent choice. One suggestion: The parking could be better signed/explained. One wish: The pool closes at 700. We visited during summer and it was daylight. With such a lovely pool, I would have appreciated a closing time of 8pm, so kids could play longer. "

Phenomenal on all accounts

"Had a phenomenal stay with Penny helping us in Ioannina. The hotel is well located within the castle walls, walking distance from somw good food options in the city. When we had difficulty with our AC it was resolved immediately. The included breakfast was a generous and delicious spread, along with optional (also included) cooked items. As for the room itself, it was modern, stylish (as was the entire hotel), comfortable, secure, and well kept by the room cleaners. The bed was the best we slept on our entire trip. I would highly recommend anyone stay here in their travels."
