"Even though the WiFi was not working, the staff was extremely accommodating. My early check in fee was waived as well as overnight parking and I given a free drip coffee which was really good! My room was clean but it had a light smell of smoke, however I was very pleased with the awesome bay view! ..."

"I was thirty one evening and found out that the property has no sofa machine and I was also surprised to find out it had no ice machine which is standard in any hotel of this quality. The rug the had cleaned in the lobby was still dirty."
