Walkable to the downtown shops and restaurants and bathhouse row. Seemed to be a safe area. Had to pay $12/day for parking at the hotel. Room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable.

Family Fun House - Pet Friendly-
The Barn House was very nice, well-kept up, and in a nice area. The hosts were very responsive and answered any questions we had. It is also very dog friendly which was perfect for our road trip.
