"The hotel has pictures that don't represent the condition of the actual property. It's in a run down area. Somw rooms are remodeled, somw aren't. The staff charged my card 3 times for one stay!!! I had to contact my bank to cancel the charge on one card. I ended up paying with another card. It was too late to change hotels due to the plans I had scheduled! Terrible experience!"

"Needs Coffee in the lobby area.Would be a great pick me up! You need a few benches outside to wait for pickup rides-and not just one.There are NONE now. Bed was awful-had a BIG sag in it on both sides. I guess too many obese people had slept in it! Shower water pressure was way too low. Could not rinse all the soap off! Room was very clean and the housekeepers were GREAT! The housekeepers came every day which is a very nice touch. Like it used to be! Good job with the housekeeping! Breakfast was very good. Many notches up from the free ones at other hotels. You get what you pay for and your breakfast was great!"

"If you are planning to use a hot tub, call the property ahead of time. Was really looking forward to soaking in the hot tub after a long day, and was severely disappointed to find it drained and out of service."

"Never seemed to be anyone at the front desk. Breakfast wasn't all that great. Goose poop all over the parking lot and sidewalks. Noise between rooms that have a connecting door. Paint pealing off of the repainted bathroom tub. Housekeeping did a very good job. Good location. Air-conditioner units very good."
