"We were upgraded to a better room due to broken pipes. Room was wonderful! Enjoyed the room! Staff was ok at best. Great place for kids! Game room and water park . "

"Overall it just felt like a run down hotel. Our room was clean and picked up. But the lighting throughout the whole hotel is dark, it’s cold and the breakfast was awful. Didn’t even eat next to anything for the three nights we were there. I would not stay again. "
