"The hotel is located within a college-campus. We booked an ocean-view room, when we checked in, there was some festival going on, and the room wasn't sound-proof. We asked for a different room, and they moved us to a regular room without even an apology, they're like the festival will be done in 2, 3 hours!

I’d like to make a small feedback according to the staff of that hotel, specially to Araya (if I’m not mistake 😫 cuz 24 hours without a sleep might make me remember names not so well) anyway I’m talking about the girl receptionist who helped us all day long with a lagguage, breakfast, city places, she even ordered a taxi for us a couple of times because we don’t have a local sim-card and didn’t even know how to do it without an application. She answered all my questions about the city, exchange, shopping and all others, thanks God u worked that day, cuz I don’t know what we could do without u, you’re the best ❤️
