Nossa estadia foi interrompida antes do previsto por conta de uma situação extremamente desagradável. Fomos expostos a um constrangimento após o hotel registrar uma reclamação sobre um suposto barulho dos meus filhos (2 e 3 anos) na piscina. Na prática, tratava-se apenas do comportamento normal de crianças brincando, sem choro, excessos ou qualquer atitude inadequada. A abordagem foi inadequada, especialmente considerando que o hotel aceita famílias com crianças. Após o ocorrido, o próprio proprietário tentou contornar a situação, porém o constrangimento já havia sido causado e o clima ficou insustentável. Diante disso, optamos por antecipar nossa saída, algo que jamais deveria acontecer em um local que se propõe a receber famílias. Uma experiência frustrante e decepcionante.
