Hotel Casa Blanca é excepcional!!!!

Foram dias incríveis nesse hotel maravilhoso que tem profissionais de qualidade e muito bom atendimento! O café da manhã estava tudo perfeito, a equipe da cozinha , que preparava o café da manhã é notal 1000, estão de parabéns mesmo!!!!!Limpezaimpeza total e super recomendo para uma estadia de conforto e segurança! Localização a melhor!!!

Os funcionários são ótimos , porém há muito o que se melhorar na estrutura . O age da manhã não é nada nada do que mostra-se nas fotos , é básico do básico do básico . Tivemos que trocar de quarto pq no nosso primeiro quarto não tinha água quente e a central de ar além de fazer um barulho horrível , gastava água direto ( muita água ), a estrutura do hotel é velha e precisa de manutenção . Os funcionários são tranquilos . As camareiras são detalhistas , o quarto sempre era bem limpo e arrumado . O ruim mesmo é a estrutura do hotel e o café que não condiz nada com o que é descrito , sempre 2 frutas cortadas em pedaços , 2 tipos de bolo , pão francês ( mini ) e pão bola ( mini), queijo e presunto , cuscuz e salsicha. Café é suco . Ficamos 7 dias no hotel e os 7 dias foi sempre a mesma coisa .

A recepção do hotel foi extramamente atenciosa e ágil, a acessibilidade e localização muito bom. Tivemos apenas um empecilho com a porta que estava emperrando na abertura e no fechamento.

Hotel ruim

A começar pelo check-in, chegamos lá por volta de 11 horas da manhã, pedi para limparem o quarto, saímos e retornamos às 14h e não estava pronto, só conseguimos ter acesso ao quarto às 15h, e chegando no quarto, era tudo muito velho, torneira com vazamento, cheio de mofo, banheiro sem box adequado, só um lado do box. Frustrante. A piscina, tinha azulejos quebrados com sérios risco de uma criança cortar o pé. Resumindo, não vale a pena. Não retorno a este hotel. Vide fotos da piscina com azulejos quebrados, que não condiz com as fotos que está no anúncio. O café da manhã é muito limitado… Suco de pó, muito, muito ruim.

O hotel tem pontos a melhorar e práticas que consideramos abusivas. 1. Ar- condicionado com defeito. 2. Lâmpadas queimadas. 3. Banheiros sen lavar. 4. Eles cobram diárias de 30 reais de estacionamento. 5. Torneira quebrada no banheiro. 6. toalhas velhas sem condições de uso. 7. Travesseiros velhos. 8. Ao pedir uma faca de mesa para cortar um bolo, eles venderam garfo e faca descartáveis por R$1,50. 9.chuveiros pingando constantemente. 10. Ao cobrar o conserto do ar-condicionado eles deixaram o cartão magnético para o ar ficar em funcionamento diretamente.

Hospedagem meia-boca... ficamos hospedados para curtir o Fortal. Íamos ao hotel basicamente para banhos e para dormir. A cama era boa, porém o quarto não é silencioso. O banheiro é péssimo! A água do banho não aquecia. Reclamamos todos os dias na recepção e a resposta era sempre a mesma, de que o pessoal da manutenção estava trabalhando e até o dia seguinte estaria funcionando. Passamos 6 diárias tendo a mesma resposta!!! Um absurdo! O café da manhã é simples e com produtos de baixa qualidade. O banheiro é velho, precisa de reforma urgente... não tinha ducha higiênica conforme consta nas fotos do site. Enfim, não foi possível trocar de hotel pois não tínhamos tempo nem disponibilidade... portanto ficamos apenas por necessidade. Jamais voltaríamos sem melhoras significativas. Tirei até uma foto da parte de trás do hotel que mostra claramente como está deteriorado e caindo os pedaços!!!

Muito ruim! Chegamos de viagem na quinta a noite e não tinha água quente, saímos no domingo ainda sem água quente, segundo eles iriam concertar mas não foi. As fotos não são reais! Totalmente diferente da realidade. A limpeza é precária, o quarto tem cheiro de mofo. A cama é desconfortável é o travesseiro é mais fino que uma coberta dobrada. Paguei caro pq fui nem na época do Fortal. E fiquei em uma espelunca.

Péssimo, chuveiro com goteira

No quarto, o banheiro tinha um chuveiro com goteira e não parava por nada, além do piso do banheiro tá sujo com mancha, chuveiro tava enferrujado e no primeiro dia só esticaram o lençol e nem trocaram. Café da manhã simples, e demorava para repor os talheres, muitas vezes sem xícara nem para tomar café da manhã Não pensei que uma economia de 50 reais por diária valia isso Não vou voltar a me hospedar nesse hotel!!!
