Nós sentimos abandonados

O condomínio refletia totalmente o que nós foi passado por fotos, em relação a funcionalidade do apartamento tivemos muitos problemas. Lâmpadas que não funcionavam, controle remoto sem pilhas, praticamente nenhuma informação sobre o apartamento. Ninguém nos recebeu ou houve qualquer contato para explicar o dizer se estava tudo bem. Por exemplo, não conseguimos abrir a janela da sacada. Estava presa ou sei lá. Tentei manusear, mas sem sucesso. Não iria forçar para não quebrar. O Wi-Fi não funcionou em um dos dias. Quando informei ao contato telefônico que nós foi passado eles disseram que iam falar com a operadora, mas não deram retorno. Por sorte, o problema "se resolveu sozinho". Adoramos o condomínio e é possível que voltemos outras vezes, mas jamais para esse mesmo apartamento.

I don't know what is wrong with these people

There was no mirror in the bathroom or anywhere else in the apartment. Check the photos of the apartment to see it for yourself. They wouldn't let me break the reservation and lied to me about installing a mirror - they never did. I don't understand how these people think they can avoid a bad review behaving like that. Other than that the apartment was fine. The bed was especially comfortable. The only real minuses was that it was a bit smelly and the windows were dirty. The apartment was on the first basement floor, so don't expect a great view. There is company renting apartments with a very similar name in googlemaps that has lots of very great reviews. It is not the same company as this one, so be aware of that. In the past, I have rented apartments in the same building from other companies and I have had great experiences with them. So, I recommend that you go with someone else even if they are a bit more expensive.
