Ao chegar, nos colocaram num quarto e o quarto era de solteiro e eu tinha reservado casal. Ficamos esperando um tempão pra poder resolver essa situação. Além disso, estávamos guardando as coisas , quando uma pessoa ia entrando achando que era pra limpar sem nossa autorização. Quando íamos tomar café , 7 e pouco já não tinha mais quase nada disponível e o café da manhã deixa a desejar. Resumindo ,não voltaria !

Localização excelente e próximo de tudo. Minha viagem foi solo, mas fiquei em quarto para casal por causa da cama, que era muito confortável e com bons travesseiros. Só tinha um lençol para me cobrir, mas pedi a camareira que me deu outro. Aliás, as camareiras todos os dias perguntam se querem arrumação no quarto e repõem shampoo, sabonetes, papel higiênico e toalhas limpas. O café da manhã é excelente, tem boas variedades, fazem omelete, tapioca e outros na hora, se quiser. Omelete e tapioca muito gostosos. O restaurante fica na cobertura e que dá acesso a piscina e a vista da cidade. Funcionários muito solícitos e educados. Água do chuveiro bem quentinha.

Não gostei, infelizmente! Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, quanto a eles, nota 1000! Mas, infelizmente a localização não é legal! São dois quarteirões até a Ms Tabosa. São os dois quarteirões mais feios e precários do mundo! Mas o mais deixa a desejar é a higiene. A limpeza do quarto é boa! Mas a louça do café da manhã a limpeza é PRECÁRIA. No primeiro dia, peguei 3 colheres e duas xícaras sujas. Caiu uma sujeira da “garrafa” de café na minha xícara. No segundo dia, devolvi duas xícaras antes de “encontrar” uma limpa. A comida do café da manhã tbm não era legal. Enfim… espero nao voltar!

Já me hospedei algumas vezes e gosto bastante do Hotel. Os quartos são bons, o café da manhã tem opções variadas, a área da piscina tem uma vista panorâmica incrível... minha única crítica é quanto a flexibilidade check-in/check-out (até para pagamentos). Reservei o quarto, fiz pagamento de 50% antecipado. Minha companheira iria chegar primeiro que eu, pedi que liberasse o check-in para que eu acertasse no momento da minha chegada, mas não foi liberado. Também vi que outras pessoas pediram uma certa tolerância para late check-out e não conseguiram. Trabalho em Hotel e sei que cada hotel tem suas Normas, mas em um domingo é mais difícil ter check-in, então uma flexibilização de late check-out pelo menos até as 14h sem cobrança seria viável.

A equipe excelente ( o cozinheiro do restaurante um amor, muito solícito), o quarto estava bem limpo, o café da manhã bem completo. O ar condicionado funcionando muito bem. Duas coisas que pode melhorar é o barulho no corredor e o cheiro de mofo.
