Tem um bom café da manhã, cama e chuveiro também. Alguns pontos precisam melhorar: não tinha suporte para shampoo e sabonete, tv não é smart, o interfone fica na cabeça em cima do travesseiro sendo que tem um espaço ideal ao lado rs, pequeno vazamento atrás do vaso, na área da piscina só tinha um guarda-sol na outra mesa estava quebrado e não sei se tinham intenção de resolver rápido rs.

Me colocaram no apto 103, horrível. Não consegui dormir. O barulho de pessoas no corredor passando, falando, saindo e chegando, no elevador, malas sendo puxadas, etc é insuportável. A noite toda e piora demais de manhã. Todos os quartos do primeiro andar ficam ali, sendo impossível dormir e descansar.

Problemas para Check-in.

Cheguei exausto de viagem por volta das 20:00 no seu hotel, fiz o check in sem o funcionário me falar nada. Assim que entrei no quarto me deparei com uma cama de casal, totalmente diferente da minha reserva. Mais uma vez tiver que retornar a entrada do hotel, e passar pelo constrangimento de informar ao funcionário de que o quarto estava errado e ter que ouvir que não, o sistema de vocês (Hangra) é perfeito. Um espelho do que selecionei em minha reserva. Mesmo após provar que selecionei um quarto para duas pessoas adultas e não um de casal, me foi cobrado uma tarifa para adicionar uma pessoa. Mais uma vez, retornei ao quarto. Separei as duas camas de solteiro que estavam presas formando uma de casal, e arrumei com as roupas de cama fornecidas. Mesmo, cansado da viagem. No dia seguinte, um outro funcionário me recebeu. Relatei o ocorrido e o mesmo me disse que o funcionário da noite anterior estava errado E que o sistema super claro do Hangra errou. Após quase dois dias de ligações e mensagens de Whatsapp o estorno foi feito.

As imagens do site não condiz com a realidade da infraestrutura do hotel. Os quartos são amplos mas a cama era muito velha. Só tivemos troca de roupa de cama e toalhas uma vez durante os 5 dias de estadia. A localização é muito boa, perto de tudo (Farmácia, supermercado, lanchonetes...) e na frente, no mercado dos pinhões, tem um pagode, nos dias de fim de semana, que é muito bom pra quem não quer ir muito longe pra se divertir a noite.

Viagem de férias

Viagem de férias com a família achamos o custo benefício bom, considerando que só paravamos no hotel para trocar de roupa e dormir. Precisa melhorar a qualidade das toalhas pois já estão bem desgastadas. E colocar mais tomadas no quarto para carregar celular. Pois só tinha uma e mesmo assim na pia do banheiro.
