La atención de recepción muy buena, en el desayuno la Sra de la cocina cortó la atención 45 minutos antes del cierre del mismo (10hrs) dejando solo la opción de autoservicio. La habitación del hotel, mala…. Se escuchaba todo lo que ocurría afuera en pasillos y otras habitaciones. Solo tenía una ventana pequeña, baño sin ventilación. Fotos publicadas no representan la realidad. Instalaciones viejas y mal cuidadas. No lo recomiendo.

A primeira vista do hotel é bonita parece haver vagas na frente do hotel. Alguns funcionários da recepção não tem nada de receptivos, quando perguntado sobre as vagas na frente o primeiro recepcionista respondeu "olha isso aí nem vaga é alguém autorizou um hóspede mas eu tô por fora de vagas na frente do hotel", pra quem vai de carro tem um mercado próximo onde tem vagas na rua que dá pra estacionar. Quanto a limpeza dos quartos parece não haver um horário certo, na parte da tarde a equipe de limpeza estava pelo corredor e por ser um pouco estreito faz bastante barulho do eco pra dentro do quarto. O banheiro não tem nenhum tipo de prateleira ou suporte para toalhas, sabonetes, etc... As camas do quarto em que fiquei são bem desconfortáveis e pareciam ser antigas. O café é razoável, tem opção do buffet e também de fazer pedidos para a cozinha porém demora.

Minha experiência foi horrível. Começou pelo check in que demorou horrores e o recepcionista me tratou com muita indiferença. Ao chegarmos no quarto, o cartão de acesso simplesmente não funcionou. Quando enfim conseguirmos entrar e nos acompanhar, o chuveiro está quebrado e a água quente não estava funcionando. Fora que os barulho nos corredores não nos deixou dormir direito. Graças a Deus, foi apenas um dia. Nunca mais volto!

O hotel no geral e muito bom, bem localizado, perto de tudo. Quartos e banheiro bem limpos, mas senti falta de mais tomadas. Cafe da manha com muita variedade, mas so tem uma pessoa ma cozinha p fazer tapiocas e omelete. Piscina boa mas precisa ser limpa mais vezes. Sobre os funcionários, um dos recepcionistas muito rude e n curte ajudar com informacoes sobre o hotel. Nao possui estacionamento mas na rua tem algumas vagas ou onde fica a feira proximo ao hotel. E um hotel com um bom custo benefício.

Quarto confortavel, banheiros com agua quente e bem limpo. Alguns funcionários poderiam ter mais gentileza e interesse em ajudar. Pra quem vai de carro, existe uma praca e algumas ruas por perto, o carro ficou 4 dias e sem problemas. Piscina e muito boa mas precisa ser mais limpa. Cafe da manha e excelente e tem muitas variedades, caso for pedir tapioca ou algo preparado, tem apenas uma pessoa fazendo e as vezes demora por conta disso mas vale a pena esperar, o hotel fica perto da praia de iracema e beira mar.

Quarto minúsculo, banheiro minúsculo, quarto liberado apenas as 14hs e limpo as pressas, quando entrei o piso ainda estava molhado. Café da manhã na minha opinião fraco, orrivel, não recomendo. Recepção do hotel mal instruída com relação ao estacionamento na porta do hotel. Falaram que não podia estacionar e tive que me virar e quando voltei todo mundo tinha estacionado na porta do hotel. Orrivel este hotel nota 02.

O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom, são muito gentis. A cama não era boa, parecia já tá mais velha e fazia barulho. Avaliação do aplicativo hoteis.com dada para o hotel Angra é incompatível com o que o hóspede presencia na realidade. O quarto era muito feio, possuía o reboco na parede avariado e descolado, o banheiro vazava água pelo box por baixo, as paredes eram manchadas de sujeira. Terei algumas fotos para mostrar. No dia que eu cheguei havia uma toalha a mais no meu quarto e ela estava suja de urina encharcada em cima da cama.
