"The room was very clean & presentable, with the mini bar re-stocked every day. The hotel itself felt like a quality 4 star and I was happy with the facilities. It was a slight shame that it cost money to use the gym (from what I understand) as I would have expected this to be free. The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful - especially the bar staff on the terrace. My only minor point of constructive feedback would be when I requested a late checkout at 1am (which was the same day as my checkout) I was told I need to come back in the morning in case there were any bookings through the night. It makes sense as it is peak holiday season but it would have been nice to have had confirmation when I first asked. I didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment there but the rest of my stay was very pleasant and overall I would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is excellent and has a fantastic location. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but I do have to mention one issue to keep my review fair. The hotel does not offer valet parking, but there is a convenient public parking garage nearby, which worked well for us. The only real problem occurred with housekeeping. We were out all day and returned in the evening to find that our room had not been cleaned. I understand that staffing shortages or unexpected issues can happen, but at this price point I don’t think guests should experience this. After we called the front desk, they apologized and eventually cleaned the room around 6:30 p.m. To their credit, the hotel tried to make things right by leaving us a bottle of wine and some thoughtful gifts, which was a nice gesture and appreciated. Still, this is something that should not happen at a hotel in this category. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely. I truly hope this was an isolated incident because everything else about our stay was excellent. However, I believe in writing honest and balanced reviews, and while our experience was very good overall, it wasn’t perfect."

"Staff was super helpful and just amazing and our experience was first class. Room was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Parking is as shown in the street view. It is a car elevator that goes to below ground secure parking."
