"Check in was smooth and fun! Monica (stafff member) was so much fun and made it one to remember thats for sure! Matthew and Jasmine (staff members) were very attentive when we needed anything. Prantham (AGM) went above and beyond to help with an issue we had during our stay and got it resolved in a timely manner. Staff was very friendly no problems! Our overall stay was AMAZING! I highly recommend staying at this hotel. "

"Property is a bit outdated but kept in good condition, breakfast was plentiful great options. The meal voucher was a pleasant surprise and dinner was exquisite at the restaurant. My only complaints are the light in the closet wouldn't turn off, the random creaking and sudden noises from the room perhaps from the AC unit, did not let me sleep well and lastly the drivers were not so helpful, the first one was rude to a couple at the airport and the one to the airport refused to drop me and the other passenger a flight attendant to our terminals because "it would take him too long to get back". Not a big deal because of the link buses but not so pleasant. "
