Room are clean and the pool is clean. Sometimes I do find cosmetic things wrong with the room and I just let them know so they can fix it before the next person comes in.when you walk into the 4th floor rooms (I stay frequently) they have an odd smell at first but if you turn the ac up the smell tends to die down
