"If you're looking for a clean, affordable and pleasant motel to stay at in Lake City this is the one. Our one night work stay turned to 3 as we discovered the hidden, quiet comfort of this establishment amongst the hustle and bustle of US-90. Jessica at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable and handled our check-in difficulties with ease and professionalism and all the employees in general seemed happy to be there. This motel offers the comforts of home while not being pretentious in price, and the cleanliness and quiet environment is unmatched for a place for this price in Lake City. The grab and go breakfast, free late check out and price matching are just some of the accommodating perks of this place. My favorite subtle features were the clean in-room coffee makers and the hand washing station near the ice and vending machines. This America's Best Value Inn is under meticulous and thoughtful management and it shows. 10/10 would go out of my way to stay again. "
