"I was not expecting to enjoy Fort Wayne Indiana so much and the Bradley was a highlight. What a beautiful hotel. The rooms were elegant and the staff incredibly helpful. Stay there!"

"The place was clean and the staff was very helpful! However There was only 1 of the 2 bottles of "complimentary" (aka $2/ea.) water in our room when we arrived. The A/C was not working. We were woken up by construction very early Saturday morning. The final straw was when we returned to our room that night and could hear 2 small dogs barking in the room next door. Not something the hotel could prevent, but was the last thing we could put up with after trying to work with the other issues. The employee at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating when we expressed all of this to her and got us a new room very quickly. (& let us know that they were not informed of the pets in the room next to ours) Again, staff was helpful and the rooms were clean - it was a list of little things that added up that inconvenienced us our quick trip."

"Disappointed. The parking area is small due to large trucks using hotel. First room had a large air cleaner running due to the smell. Requested different room and the entry door stuck so bad you had to use your shoulder to open and close it. That room also smelled. We travel with a dog and have no problem paying the pet fee, realizing that special attention is needed as far as cleaning. But the smells in the 2 rooms did not come from animals. Will not be back"

"The stay was ok. We were visiting to see family. But for the price, it was not very nice. The room smelled musty/bad. The bathroom was not the cleanest. The sheets looked old. But the bed was comfortable. The pool didn’t work. We weren’t going to swim but I can imagine it would be disappointing if you had kids."

"I stayed in the McCulloch Suite in the Sion Bass House (one of the two adjacent historic homes which make up this property). The suite was very spacious and clean. The check-in instructions which were emailed the day of check-in were very clear. There was a folding ironing board, iron, lots of extra towels, literature related to the history of the property and the city (for anyone who might be interested). The little garden surrounding the building and the deck in back both were very nice. I last stayed at this property 16 years ago (when it was under different management) and it was very nice on both visits."

"The front desk guy who checked us in, he was friendly, funny and kind, he explained everything about the hotel including the pool being closed but if we wanted to swim they would take us next door to go swimming at that hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, roomie, the breakfast was so good, my kids really enjoyed the waffles. If we needed anything the staff on duty would help and were always friendly towards my kids and myself. Overall a very good weekend! It was nice everything was close by the hotel. Made it easy to get food or even have fun with the kids."
