"Staff were not engaged or friendly at all upon arrival. Every time I passed the counter, whatever employee was there was just staring at their phone. The pool was small and quickly crowded. There was trash that was never picked up off the table in the smoking area. I actually eneded up going over there and cleaning it up the next morning when I noticed it was still there. The AC in our room did not work and our room got up to about 80 degrees. Luckily, we were able to open the window to cool off and air out the room. There were glass rings on the tables from drinks from the prior renters. To top it all off, the tub took hours to drain after showering, which also had very poor water pressure. Almost forgot to mention that the yogurt machine was dirty and had a bunch of ants on it, all while the food prep lady sat talking loudly with a group next to her tip container. I dont usually leave such honest reviews, but I was very disappointed in the experience here. I do want to mention that I have stayed at quite a few BW hotels over the years and this was my first poor experience. I am hoping it is just this one location."
