"We stayed at the hotel for seven nights. The hotel, pools, and common areas were clean. The restaurants offered good food and excellent service. All the staff members were polite and attentive. I was served by a Brazilian woman named Alexandria and her daughter, who do an excellent job in the kitchen. I would also like to thank waitresses Monica and Marcela for their excellent work. Many thanks to everyone for a wonderful stay. Dasilva family 🙏"

"The beach view was amazing. All the staff was friendly. We listened to a local duo (the velveteens) one night at the beach bar and they were amazing. When we visit the island resort next time I hope they are on the schedule. Price wise, the food and drinks are up there. We had our breakfasts included with our room and we won't do that again. $55 without a tip for 2 people on the buffet is high. Especially when the variety of food isnt there and the taste is just okay, nothing to brag about.. The bar in the main building hasn't had draft beer in at least 3 months. The Compressor is down and parts have been ordered, but no one knows how much longer it will be. The a/c units in our suite worked, but they are somewhat noisy. We froze when they would run and roast when they wouldn't. I'm guessing that's typical for the Florida heat in August. Overall, our 2nd trip to the island resort in 2 years was good. We will eventually stay there again, but not sure when."

"Excellent location. Beachfront property. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff friendly and accommodating with simple requests ( change towels ) . Mattress and sheets great. Pillows need improvement. Bathroom large in size and clean. Everything working as they are supposed to (tv, microwave, ref, aircon). Overall positive experience. Would come def back! Front desk receptionist on 8/9/26 could have a better attitude upon our check in."
