We paid extra to stay in the hotel attached to the convention center compared to the hotel next door, because of expected storms. Another event in the convention center closed the internal entrance from the hotel, forcing us outside through the rain with no awning and no signage directing the way as we ran more...

"We had a very good experience at the Ft. Smith, AR, Home2 Suites. The check-in process was quick, the rooms were clean, the kitchen ammenities were better than anticipated, there was a very good selection of items for breakfast, and the pool was clean. The only downfall is something beyond this property's ability to control, and that was the loud motorcycles, cars, and trucks that drive back and forth late at night. Next time, we will ask for a room that doesn't face Phoenix."
