"The first room we where placed in, looked to have been broken into, had a screw in the door frame to keep the door from swinging out. The AC blow hot air only and the window was wind open when we walked in, and did not lock closed. The room was filthy and smelled really bad. After 5 hours and lots of debating, they did move us to a room with working AC and that had been cleaned at least. There was no breakfast service during our stay at all. The coffee was burnt and cold every morning. The TVs did not work in either room. The out side of the place needs major repairs done and the homeless people in the hallways need to be removed, as well as all the outside door locks need to be in working order as well."

"1st. Cards didn’t work on gates (battery was dead) 2. The floor towel for bathroom was soaked when we walked in(but nicely folded) 3 the cantina said it served lunch 11-3 but apparently not. Tried to order fries at 2:40 told it would be 20 minutes to heat the oil after 30 minutes went to get my money back. When you check in if you want a refrigerator make sure you request it. Beds were comfortable."

"The rooms are dated towels stained sheets were ragged also someone cut the tarp and straps on the truck and took one of our suitcases. They told us after the fact that they do have problems with homeless"

"Very clean room that was well maintained. Extremely quiet during the night. Hotel staff was wonderful and friendly. Hot breakfast was good and coffee was yummy, too! Sat on the patio and enjoyed our breakfast. I’d stay again for sure."
