"Bathroom shower corners could use a good scrubbing and the hinges. Bed was comfortable, great room temp control. Refer needed leveling and had ice build up in the back. Touchless check in didn’t work and desk person checked is in quite fast. Didn’t explain where elevator was or any complimentary explanations."

"The property was beautiful. What a shame that they couldn’t control the effects of people smoking inside the casino. That smoke would permeate inside the hotel even to the hotel rooms. Perhaps a door separating the hotel from the casino might help."

"Casia is a beautiful property in an absolutely stunning setting, with incredible views and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. Our room was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated, and we had several excellent meals at the restaurant during our stay. The highlight for me was the Horse Connection experience with Deb. She was warm, engaging and incredibly knowledgeable, and spending time learning about the horses and walking one around the arena ended up being one of my favorite experiences of our stay. There were some inconsistencies during our visit, particularly with communication and understanding what activities and experiences were available. Casia has quite a lot to offer, and I think a more thorough introduction at check-in or a detailed activities guide would make a tremendous difference, especially for first-time guests. There were also a few smaller details and amenities that I would expect from a property at this level. That said, the beautiful setting, very good restaurant, unique experiences and some genuinely thoughtful touches made our stay memorable. Once we better understood the personality of Casia and everything available there, we appreciated the property much more."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Mt. Gardner Inn in Winthrop. What really stood out was the care and attention to detail that Greg and Alison put into the property. It is clear that they take great pride in maintaining the inn and ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We especially appreciated the personal supervision they give to housekeeping and room cleaning. The rooms and entire property were exceptionally clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully cared for. That level of attention is not something you often find at larger hotels. Greg and Alison have created a warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained place to stay, and their personal involvement clearly makes a difference. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend the Mt. Gardner Inn to anyone visiting Winthrop."

"We stayed in one of the motel style rooms. They were clean, decent sized with a couch in the room- which is always a bonus. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.. the room was very dated - circa 1970s and it was pricey at $200 a night for what it was. It was located close to tge Main Street, restaurants and grocery store. If the price would have been better and the rooms updated we would have gave it 5 stars. Overall it was clean, comfortable, well locatwith friendly staff."

"We were here in the fall after the golf course closed and “winter pricing” was in affect. We were told it is quite busy during peak season, but it was darn near abandoned in November. Beautiful place with one golf course still under construction, more condos recently completed…lots going on for future amenities. Room was open and roomy with high ceilings and fireplace. View was gorgeous! We’ll be back!"
