"The location is unmatched. The breakfast was decent and included! There is a resort fee daily, but keep in mind you are ON THE BEACH and the beach is incredible. The pools are great. The rooms are okay, they were a bit older and dirty feeling. The bathroom is broken up with a toilet and shower stand up only with a door, so if someone is in the shower it’s awkward to use the bathroom. The shower and toilet seemed kind of gross.
Amenities were good, they try to upsell you to their 75 minute presentation which all of these places do which is super annoying—- but the lady we had check us in was OUTSTANDING with her service and had 0 pressure on us to do that- she was just happy we came to visit.
LOVE the text updates and communication from the front staff, you feel valued and they are very quick to reply.
The beach towels are free but supposedly have chips in them to prevent walk offs as they are pretty nice. Lots of “holds” for everything you get here on your card.
As a consensus I asked my family of 4 who stayed, we all averaged out of 5 stars- 3.7 is what we landed on."
"Everything about this resort was amazing. The suite was immaculately cling the staff was very helpful very friendly. The food was tasty the breakfast lunch and dinner plus the wings. Amazing drinks were on point. The amenities were easy to access, relaxing. This is my go to spot whenever I go to Fort Myers this is a must visit spot. Everything is right there. You’re in a prime location."
