"Lovely stay overall. The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring Fredericksburg, and the property itself is charming and comfortable. I slept really well, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. The only downside was that the wifi didn’t reach my room, which was inconvenient. Aside from that, everything was great and I would definitely stay here again."

"The breakfast was basic, cereal, milk yougurt, waffles bread, jelly, butter, coffe and juices plus some fruit. It has a laundry in the facility neatly located, got your ice machine. It has a front and a side door. The showe gives hot water with ease. A ironing table and iron are available. The Tv works perfectly with ample choice of chanels. To get to town is like 10 minute walk to mainstreet. A five minute walk of the property you'll find places to eat, local or chain. It is a property with atractive prices lically own and operated."

"The rooms really needs updating. I've stayed once before with no issues. This stay, was different because there were small bugs in the bathroom. Definitely needs attention. Overall the staff was super nice. "

"Charged Marriott price for Motel 6 quality. Rooms very dated from mid 70s. Washer broke, ice machine broke. One light in the room. Refrigerator sounded like emergency warning system when it kicked on. Peep holes not covered. Look for somewhere else."
