"My stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent from beginning to end. The property was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff made me feel valued throughout my visit. I especially want to recognize Eddie at the front desk. He was outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional customer service. From the moment I checked in, Eddie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I had everything I needed. His positive attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference and enhanced my overall experience. Thank you, Eddie, and the entire team, for making my stay such an enjoyable one. Hyatt Place Fort Lee / George Washington Bridge

10/10 Excellent

"It's conveniently located at the foot of the George Washington Bridge. We did walk about a half a mile down the side of the road ( no sidewalk) to catch a $3 mini bus to GWB station in New York. We then caught the A train for $3 into Manhattan. It's cheaper than the $23 toll one way. The young lady at the desk printed out the best route to take. The breakfast was fair and staff was very professional. I'd stay there again for sure."
