"The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. When my phone charging cable broke, they kindly offered to charge my phone for me anytime I needed, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was good and included, and the free parking felt very safe and convenient. Another huge advantage is the bus stop right across the street, with a direct bus to Times Square, which made visiting Manhattan very easy. We also drove from the hotel to the U.S. Open and found the location very convenient. Overall, a great experience, especially for a family visiting New York while staying in New Jersey. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This is our 2nd time staying here for a concert at Metlife. The hotel is ckean and affordable. There is 24/7 coffee on the first floor. They serve breakfast but it ends at 10am so we missed it. We stayed in 2 queeb bedroom. It had a shower and no bathtub but it's fine for us. Room comes with a fridge and microwave. If you're coming for a concert the hotel will provide you with a shuttle to a place called Redd's. You will then need to purchase a round-trip wristband to board another shuttle that will take you to Metlife stadium and drop you off in the Metlife parking lot. Then after the concert you'll meet the same shuttle and repeat the process going back. I recommend using the service."
