"The front desk staff were friendly and polite. The lobby, halls, elevators, and rooms were very clean and updated. Breakfast was good, pancakes, fresh fruit, cereal, just over all a great variety of food and plenty of places to sit in the lobby and eat. "

"They would not let us stay there because they said the ESA is not a service animal. I have paperwork that says different. It will be a cold day in Hell before I ever book with a Courtyard by Marriot. We had by service with them. I booked this room a month or more ago."

"Our room #201 was huge. The main areas were fine however the bathroom needs some TLC. There was only one light in the shower room and it wasn't very bright. Above the commode was a large stain on the ceiling. I am guessing the repairs are a little behind. The staff at checkin was very nice and patient. I mention this due to the fact there was a line of travelers waiting to check in. I appreciated his kindness and friendly demeanor. We did not try the breakfast as we were in a hurry to continue our traveling. "
