"The Waco Hilton is under complete renovation. Our floor was complete but there was furniture and equipment everywhere downstairs. The restaurant and lounge were closed and set up temporarily in a meeting room. The room was fine and the staff addressed the issues we brought up, but don't expect a Hilton experience until the renovation is complete."
