"Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre familiale pour 3 adultes et un bébé, et nous en sommes ravis ! La chambre était parfaitement adaptée à notre famille, avec deux espaces de couchage bien distincts, une grande salle de bain, des toilettes séparées et un excellent niveau de confort. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de la chambre ainsi que la climatisation, présente dans chacune des deux pièces, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Un immense bravo à toute l’équipe pour son accueil exceptionnel ! Nous avons été reçus avec beaucoup de gentillesse, de bonne humeur et de professionnalisme. Une mention toute particulière à la réceptionniste qui était présente hier en fin d’après-midi : je ne me souviens malheureusement plus de son prénom, mais son sourire, sa bonne humeur communicative et sa sympathie ont marqué notre séjour. Un grand merci à elle ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les cafés et thés mis gratuitement à disposition des clients. C’est une attention qui fait vraiment plaisir et qui apporte un véritable plus à l’expérience. Autre point très appréciable : les nombreuses places de parking à proximité de l’hôtel, ainsi que la présence de bornes de recharge Tesla, un véritable avantage pour les voyageurs en véhicule électrique. En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous remercions chaleureusement toute l’équipe pour son accueil et son professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, c’est une certitude !"

"Thank you to Sofiane for going above and beyond and making us feel like family, made our stay so memorable. The pool is great and really well maintained, lots of Comte at breakfast was a great touch. If you are staying here without a car (which we did) it is quite far out so you will need to take a bus or taxi into the town"

"Had a fantastic overnight stay whilst on our way to Switzerland. The property, its grounds, bedroom, bathroom, staff, restaurant… basically everything lived up to and exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable and had twin beds as we requested. Although we didn't have time for breakfast but the quality of food served during dinner was incredibly good – which is very high praise because we're both foodies with high expectations. Compliments to all the restaurant staff. Would we recommend this hotel? Absolutely!!!"

"We arrived at the hotel after a long drive from near Bordeaux and just wanted dinner and then bed. We’d chosen the hotel because it had a restaurant but on arrival we were told the restaurant was closed on weekends. So we had to get back in the car and drive to a fast food chain for an average meal. Next morning, breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The area around the hotel is industrial so don’t be put off while you’re looking for the hotel address. There’s onsite parking, the rooms are basic but clean and nice staff. Completely different experience of Dole compared to the old city on the river but it was convenient."

"The rooms are air-conditioned which was a necessity this July. There is free parking opposite the hotel but for Euro 15 you can park in their indoor garage (limited to 4 spaces though). The check-in was disorganised as the receptionist walked us to the indoor garage (38 degrees and 100m away) to show us, then walked us back to the hotel, then we drove our car from the free car park opposite to the indoor garage, then walked back again. It would have been more organised to tell us to follow her in the car to avoid the back and forth in such extreme heat! Although we had paid upfront, we were asked to pay upon arrival. The receptionist said she would get the invoice corrected but in the morning, upon check-out, we were asked again to pay for the room. I had to show proof of payment to them! However, having said that, the hotel is centrally-located just opposite the start of the pedestrianised old town and the rooms were very cool due to an efficient air-conditioning unit. We did not reserve breakfast as we thought it was expensive at Euro 16 per person. Dole is a lovely place so I would recommend this hotel if you are passing by."

"Booked 1 night on route from Geneva to Calais. Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location, 5 mins from the nearby motorway and easy to find. Staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful. Booked for dinner on check in(€19 each) and had the most amazing Toulouse sausage with sautee'd veg. A truly delicious local dish that really made us appreciate where we were. Best food we had on our holiday no question. The room was clean tidy and very spacious. We'd been allocated a disabled access room due to availability and it was very spacious and seemed well catered for those who might require this facility. Walk in shower was appropriately big for an access room, with a sit down stool. Air con worked which was very welcome at night due to the temperature."
