"Didn't appear that the floors of the room are ever cleaned. It is tile, but saw no signs of them ever being mopped. 98% of staff was amazing, a few restaurant server's seemed miserable everyday. Bar selection was ok, but this was probably due to being all inclusive property. Balcony was very spacious, I had a suite, but I was on first level, so my view was obstructed! Trees could be trimmed."

"I chose this place because of the convenience to be able to walk to the ferry. I did walk to the ferry and it was a four minute walk that was very good. I can see the white residence from where I am standing at the ferry. And while I am at the residence, I can also see the ferry. All I have to do is print it out. It is easy to go there all you have to do from the main street in front of the house you walked and it leads you right to the ferry. That is so fine. Another thing that I love about the place is the fact that the gentleman who is the manager was respectful. The third most important part that I love about the place is that he held my suitcases for me for 24 hours plus I truly appreciate that. My suitcase was very heavy and the bag as well. it had important stuff, but everything were still present. I truly appreciate that he did me that favor which she did not have to. Again, Mr. James thank you so very much."
