"The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The tv reception was a little wonky but we didn’t use it much anyway. The concierge, Jonathan Hug, was AMAZING. We arrived with few plans and he helped set up several excursions. Every recommendation was great. He seemed to know everything important about the city and carefully tailored our activities. Truly exceptional! The location of the hotel is perfect with easy access to the best of Montreal. "
