"When we came and drove to check in the man at the desk, opened the window and said do you have a placard? I was like yes, we have a handicap pass. When we went in to check in, he was pretty rude and short. Told us how he was tired. He had only had two hours of sleep not really exactly how you should be treated when you walk in. You have it down as a luxury place to stay and I wouldn’t exactly call it that there was no housekeeping service when we were there. Overall, it was very clean, but the outside could use a little work. The heater was so loud that it woke us up in the middle of the night. The staff the next day they had to leave multiple times on a smoke break. Just makes the whole place feel a little off."
