"This is a perfect spot, just a short walk to glass beach, or to downtown where you will find excellent food and cute shops. Don't miss the beach glass museum!
At the end of a day of exploring, sit by a fire in one of the fire place rooms-extremely romantic."

Take the family on an outing to Skunk Train during your trip to Fort Bragg. Amble around this romantic area's beautiful beaches and enjoy its top-notch restaurants.
Stroll along the famous Glass Beach where colorful sea glass glitters among the tide pools. Ride the historic Skunk Train through towering redwoods or kayak along the rugged coastline for unforgettable Pacific views.
Loved the small town and the beautiful long stretch of coastal trail that we enjoyed long walks on. The Skunk Train was a lot of fun as well since took advantage of the small hike there to see the Redwoods and then had our own picnic while we waited

Fort Bragg is beautiful. The town has pretty much everything you need including large Dollar Tree and two good grocery stores. I highly recommend Harvest Market. A terrific deli and awesome selection of organic produce and foods, excellent bakery

We really enjoyed walking the headlands. Also, we very much enjoyed walking in the old town. The restaurants and the people that ran them were great.

The harbor was cool with a couple good fresh seafood restaurants that were very reasonably priced. Beautiful costal scenery, small town vibe.

Beautiful beaches north of town. Don't miss McKerracher it has free day use area and great for kids.
"This is the 4th stay. Always great friendly service. New softer linens noted this trip!
Only issue was BBQ grills needed service. We enjoy cooking on the grills and eating on the patio. None of the 3 grills would light completely. On the plus side was office staff very willing to help. We did note that this morning maintenance was out servicing the grills. Look forward to next visit and working grills."
"We really enjoyed staying at the Beach House Inn.
We stayed because it was pet friendly and our 3 yr old Goldie, Bailey loved it.
It was centrally located to the beach and town, and it was clean and pleasant. "
"Check-in/out were quick and smooth. The gentleman who checked me in was friendly. I've learned from positive experiences not to judge a motel by its old exterior. My room was updated, nicely decorated and CLEAN. My only issue was not having a small table to prepare a meal on or eat at. . . especially since I was pouring out and warming up a can of soup. There isn't room for a table but maybe a high TV tray that could be folded up and stored in the cubby where luggage rack is? I appreciated how quiet it was, I got three nights of good sleep. The motel is a block from the beach."
