"I booked the family room at around 5pm. Arrived around 9:30pm only to be told that the room was not ready. After a long travel day (and with a tired little kid in tow), it wasn’t ideal to wait 20 additional minutes for the room to be prepared. Additionally, there were no towels in the room. All staff are very courteous and helpful throughout my stay even calling transportation to the airport. The restaurant has excellent food and atmosphere, very chic. Also, the location is very central within the city. Easy access to public and private transportation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting La Paz. "
