Friendly and attentive staff too and Remo and team helped organise tours and watched all the football and food at the bar. Highly recommended and stayed here for nearly a month."

"What a nice place - the family who runs this boutique hotel is caring and attentive, making sure that anything you need while you're in the city is taken care of. The hotel is quite comfortable with stylish rooms, well made beds, and decent showers. Note that the hotel is very close to the public transit (teleferico) lines, but that it's quite a climb up stairs from the hotel to the teleferico. It's super convenient to be so close, but be aware at this altitude the climb can go slowly!"

"I booked the family room at around 5pm. Arrived around 9:30pm only to be told that the room was not ready. After a long travel day (and with a tired little kid in tow), it wasn’t ideal to wait 20 additional minutes for the room to be prepared. Additionally, there were no towels in the room. This is a beautiful old home in good condition, but the overall service didn’t match the expected experience. Breakfast left much to be desired, too.
